Katja Larsson and Kristina Matousch, MARKET Art Fair, Stockholm, 13–15 April 2018

Cecilia Hillström Gallery is proud to present a duo presentation with Katja Larsson and Kristina Matousch at MARKET Art Fair 2018. Larsson and Matousch work in a variety of media, but share a fascination for the object per se and the connotations that follow a certain material, shape or form. In addition, questions of gender appear in how Larsson approaches the idea of the (male) explorer and heroic artist, or in Matousch’s way of pinpointing certain physical qualities in everyday objects.
