Katja Larsson

Katja Larsson (b. 1987) is a Swedish artist based in London. She graduated from The Slade School of Fine Art (MFA) in 2015 and received her BA in fine art photography from Glasgow School of Art with 1st class honours in 2013. The same year she was shortlisted for the Saatchi Gallery’s New Sensations Award and participated in the group show at Victoria House, Bloomsbury.

Larsson’s works has recently been exhibited at Aicon Contemporary, Cecilia Hillström Gallery, Malmö Konstmuseum, CHART Art Fair, Copenhagen, MARKET Art Fair, Stockholm and Kristin Hjellegjerde Gallery, London among other. Additionally, Larsson has been exhibited at the National Sculpture Prize in Broomhill Sculpture Garden, Devon, OK Corral, Copenhagen, Chelsea Arts Club and UCL Art Museum, London, as well as at Borås Konstmuseum. Larsson is represented in the collections of Malmö Konstmuseum, Public Art Agency Sweden, Stockholm County Council, Knivsta and Örebro Municipality, Ståhl Collection, Stockholm School of Economics, AxFast AB and European Investment Bank as well as private collections.
